See the difference? You aren’t telling them what’s wrong. You’re giving them a precise piece of the puzzle that they couldn’t have seen during a 15-minute appointment.


2. Vets Love Data, Not Drama

A vet can’t do much with "he seems a bit tired lately." That’s subjective. It could be the weather, it could be age, or it could be nothing.

But a vet can work with "his activity levels have dropped from 4 hours of active movement to 1.5 hours according to his monitoring data."

When I talk to my vet, I show him the Borzi dashboards. I show him the weight trends. I don't talk about my "feelings" or my "worries." I talk about the numbers.

When my vet tells me, "I see the data you found, but after my exam, I’m not worried about that heart rate dip," I don't feel like the app failed. I feel relieved. The app did its job by getting me to the vet, and the vet did their job by giving the final professional verdict.
